Pumpkins Pumpkins Everywhere!

A few weekends back, we went with Uncle Josh and Aunt Elizabeth to Pea Ridge to the Mule Jump Festival and to the pumpkin patch.  We had a fun time at both places only we didn't get to see as much mule jumping as we hoped because they were doing it later in the day and we were trying to squeeze it all in before the boys were too tired.  Obviously, Dax took a snooze for the first bit of the pumpkin patch.  Tate wandered all around looking for pumpkins.  If he could pick it up, it was the "perfect pumpkin."  =)  We ended up with 4.  A Mama and Daddy pumpkin and one each for him and Dax.  We haven't carved them yet but I think that's perhaps the plan.  I like them as pumpkins myself.  Guess we'll see.

At the end of the day, the boys played outside.  They were like our own little Huckleberry Fins.  They had their pants rolled up and they were barefoot.  They played in the dirt and had suckers and hunted and watched Daddy mow.  It was a BIG day!!  Tons of fun!!
